If something doesn't feel right, we want to know. Trust is the whole point of Truffl, and we take every concern seriously.

• We investigate every concern urgently, handle it sensitively, and keep it confidential unless you tell us otherwise.

You can raise anything: a carer who didn't follow your notes, something that felt off at a meet & greet, or a genuine safety worry. We would always rather know than not, so please tell us.
