Questions

The honest answers

Do I need to be vetted to use it?
No. Anyone can sign up and use the client book and schedule straight away. Vetting is only for being listed on the marketplace, because owners booking a stranger through Truffl deserve to know we have met that person.
Can other carers or Truffl see my clients?
No. Your client book is private to your account. Truffl does not market to your clients, share them, or count them toward anything.
I already use Rover or Mad Paws. Does this replace them?
It sits over the top. Export your calendar from those apps as an .ics file and import it, and every booking shows on one schedule. Keep taking work wherever it comes from.
What if I want to leave?
Your schedule is already in your own calendar through the subscription link, and you can delete your account in a tap. When you do, your client book goes with you and is removed from Truffl.
Is it really free?
Yes, for everything on this page. When paid plans arrive they will cover the extras (invoicing, card payments, reports, teams), and the tools you signed up for stay free.
